Information on shipping, delivery costs, and returns.
We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over $50.00.
For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged.
Customized orders will be shipped within 15-20 days, and it takes 7-10 days for the orders to be delivered to places in the United States
All the other orders will be shipped within 3 working days, and it takes 7-10 days for the orders to be delivered to places in the United States

We do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of $20.
Item(s) purchased on silverclover.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we have extended the return policy until January 5, 2026.
The return policy applies to item(s) that align with the criteria below:
The product(s) must be returned in its original condition
All labels must be intact
All items must be returned unworn, and unwashed, and have no marks, stains, odors, perfume, or pet hair.
If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or the re-stocking fee (15%) will be charged and it will be deducted from the total return amount. All items are inspected on return.

Prepare your package
Place the product(s) in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original package you can use any shipping box or inner packaging to send back the product(s).
Please note: separate orders cannot be returned in one package and must be sent separately. Combining different returns into the same package will slow down your refund process.

Arrange the return yourself by purchasing your return label from a local shipping carrier. Please ensure that you use a trackable and insured service as we cannot take responsibility for lost shipments in the return transit. Excluding the information above, entails that the shipping carrier doesn't have enough information to deliver the package to our warehouse. As a result it can end up at a pick-up point, that we cannot take responsibility for.
Drop off the package
Drop off your package at the nearest post office or call the carrier and ask for a scheduled pickup. Don´t forget to save your tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way back to our warehouse.
We(Silver Clover) set high standards for all our products to achieve the highest quality. If your product appears to be defective, we kindly ask you to file a claim as soon as the defect has been noticed. This is done by sending us an email at support@silverclover.com.
In the email, we ask you to describe the case as clearly as possible and the following information must be included:

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your order back at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. The payment will be credited back to the purchaser’s original payment method that was used to place the order.
Do I get a return confirmation email?
Yes, once we have received and processed your return, you will be sent a return confirmation email. If you haven’t received the email 2-3 business days from the day we received your order back to our warehouse, please contact us here and we will help you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, we kindly ask you to simply return the product(s) and place a new order on our website. If you used a discount code in your original purchase, please contact us here and we will help you.
